Our Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Deliveries Policy serves as our comprehensive guide for any cancellation, return, refund, exchange and/or delivery of our products and the related services.
Our Policy is in line with reasonable retail industry standards for personal care products, including skincare, make-up, toiletries & cosmetics, is deemed in compliance with and is subject to South African law, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, No. 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”) and the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND DELIVERIES
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist you.
1.Cancellation without Reason
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist you.
1.1. You may cancel without reason the purchase of a product within 7 days after the date of receipt of the product with written notice to us, at info@g63cosmetics.co.za, subject to par 4 below.
1.2. You are entitled to a full refund of your payment for the product within 30 days of the notice of cancellation.
1.3. You will be liable for the costs of returning the product to us at G63 Cosmetics, The Courier Guy, Shop1, Willow Centre, Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, 2196.
1.4. The cancellation will be subject to safe return of the product in a re-saleable condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
2.Cancellation with Reason
2.1. You may cancel the purchase of a product, with 7 days written notice to us, at info@g63cosmetics.co.za, should the product not be delivered within the agreed period.
2.2. Should we be unable to deliver any product within the agreed period on the ground that such product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately upon realising such unavailability and will refund you in full of your payment for the product within 30 days of our notice.
3.Cancellation of Orders or Part Orders by G63 Cosmetics
3.1 We fully reserve the right, at our own discretion, to cancel in full or in part any order or purchase of our products made on this website.
3.2.In such an event, we shall refund, reimburse, or issue a credit as relevant, in full or in part, as reasonably deemed appropriate under the circumstances.
4.Return within 6 Months of Unsafe or Poor-quality Product
4.1. You may return a product within 6 months after the date of receipt of the product with written notice to us, at info@g63cosmetics.co.za, subject to paragraph 2 below, should the product not:
4.1.1. Be reasonably suitable for its generally intended and specifically indicated purposes;
4.1.2. Be of good quality, in good working order and free of any material defects;
4.1.3. Be usable and durable for a reasonable period of time; or
4.1.4. Comply with its applicable standards.
4.2 Our acceptance of the product return is subject to:
4.2.1 The product being used without alteration and in accordance with its instructions; and
4.2.2. Your notice providing us with reasonable information to assess your claim of unsafe or poor-quality product.
4.3. You are entitled to a replacement or refund of your payment for the product within 30days of our notice of acceptance of your return.
5.Other Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately are unable to accept cancellation, returns or exchanges of our products other than within the scope of paragraphs 1to 4 above or unless such products are damaged or faulty upon delivery or incorrectly supplied to you.
5.2. You may return a product within 10 days after the date of receipt of the product with written notice to us, at info@g63cosmetics.co.za, subject to paragraph 3 below, should the product be damaged or faulty upon delivery or incorrectly supplied or otherwise not of the type or quality reasonably contemplated in the purchase.
5.3. Our acceptance of the product return is subject to:
5.3.1. The product being materially unused;
5.3.2. The product having been kept and used with all due care and attention since the date of receipt; and
5.3.3. Your notice providing us with reasonable information to assess your claim of a damaged or faulty upon delivery or incorrectly supplied product.
5.4. You are entitled to a replacement or refund of your payment for the product within 30 days of our notice of acceptance of your return.
6.Reasonable Information and Requirements for Cancellations and Returns and Request for Refunds
6.1 Reasonable information to initiate a refund or exchange, to be provided per written notice to us, at info@g63cosmetics.co.zaincludes:
6.1.1. Your order number;
6.1.2. Detailed reasons for requesting a cancellation or return;
6.1.3.Details of the product defects, including photos; and
6.1.4. Preference for product replacement or refund and, if refund, preference for credit or repayment.
6.2. Requirement for successful cancellations and returns, where relevant, include:
6.2.1. The right to collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing a refund or replacement;
6.2.2. Some products, due to their nature, may be eligible for replacement only. However, and if such product is not in stock following a replacement request, a refund may be issued;
6.2.3. If a customer is deemed to misuse our Policy such as through excessively cancellations or returns, we reserve the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary; and
6.2.4. The product to be kept in its original condition, such as with brand outer box, brand/price tags attached and in manufacturer packaging, for a successful return.
6.3. If return of the product is required:
6.3.1. Securely pack and seal the product in its original packaging, if relevant; and
6.3.2. Address the product to the following address:

7.Acceptance of Cancellations and Returns Requests, Credits and Refunds
7.1. Upon receipt of a returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the rejection or approval of your request per email and, if approved, whether it would be by way of replacement or refund.
7.2. Replacement or refund would be determined by the relevant circumstances, such as the basis for the return and availability of the product.
7.3. Credit will be provided within one calendar month
7.4. Refunds will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
7.5. Courier costs for the original delivery are not refundable.
7.6. You are responsible for the cost of delivering a cancelled and returned product to us, unless such product was damaged or faulty upon delivery or incorrectly supplied to you.
7.7. Refunds will be issued in line with the relevant timeframes.
